BEDSIT SCHEME
AIM:
We
provide semi-independent living accommodation for young
(16-25) single people with support needs, in six bed-sits
with shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom facilities.
Each resident
has a ‘named worker’ from
the support staff team with whom they have regular sessions
and an individual support agreement. We also use ‘house
meetings’ with all the residents meeting together.
Typically, we are working on independent living skills
with a focus from the start on preparation for moving
on to independent living.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
£125.25
PER WEEK
Rent
charges are reviewed annually with any increases typically
being effective in April.
