OUT OF SCHOOL CLUB
Are you looking for Out-of-School care
for your children? Birdhurst Kids Club is just the right place for you and your children, they make lots of new friends to have fun with, in a safe and fun filled environment with lots of different experiences.
Our aim is to provide a welcoming atmosphere for parents/ carers as well as the children and to provide a fun filled - and safe environment for the children to play in.
Here is some information about the club that we hope you will find helpful when trying to find out of school care for your child:-
- At
Birdhurst Out-of- School Club we have a fun
loving team of childcare workers both qualified
and experienced who will make all children and parents
feel relaxed and welcome.
- We cater for all children between 4 – 11yrs
(Primary School age), including those with additional needs.
- Varied sessions make use of our indoor and large outdoor areas where there are great opportunities to have fun in both individual and group activities.
- The children here have the opportunity and freedom to choose from any activity they wish.
5th November - Bonfire night!
- The staffs at Birdhurst promote positive behaviour and give lots of praise when the children are well behaved.

The After School Club collects a number of children from Elmhurst,Folly’s End and St. Peters primary schoolsl.

Children from other schools are very welcome but, please note that parents / carers would need to arrange transfers from school to club.
- At the kids club we comply with the healthy eating policy and provide a light afternoon meal.
 During the Holiday Playschemes we try to do as many trips as possible. Some of these include trips to local parks, Art galleries, Brighton, farms, Peter Pans Playground and museums. We also arrange many activities on our site which incorporate all different play types. We also allow animals in the setting for the children to interact with.
The
club is registered with Ofsted (Reg No 124898) and is
regularly inspected.

- Childcare Vouchers:- We accept voucher from all the main service suppliers (Redcare, Allsave, Care4, Sodexho etc)
We do ask that fees are paid at least one week in advance.
Fees are reviewed annually
- typically with any increases effective in April.
